Home Business Tips – Are You Doubting Your Own Decisions?

How is the race of your life going? Are you jumping out of bed, getting dressed, making breakfast and lunches, getting kids ready for school? You finally grab a bite to eat for yourself, rush out to the car and then find yourself sitting in rush hour traffic. Get to work and then speed through the rest of your day. Race home, if you can race in the rush hour traffic, make dinner, do chores and hopefully find time to spend with the kids, then finally find the time to build your business. Only to get up and repeat the whole process again tomorrow.
When you are rushing through life it can feel like an impossible race. You start to ask yourself the doubting questions? Did I make the right decision? Should I be doing this? Then you start to beat yourself up for the decisions you have made. Self doubt and condemnation attack your sense of worth and confidence in yourself.
Two strategies that you can adopt are:
Keep your eyes on the finish line, when you take control of your thoughts continuously remind yourself to think about your goal, your dream, where it is that you want to be; you can successfully crowd the doubt out. When the thoughts of doubt come up, and you know they will, you simply say cancel and decide to think about the finish line. Visualize yourself winning the award for top honours in your MLM business, receiving the cheques, living in that tropical paradise or playing with your kids. This will be a critical piece to your success because you do train yourself, it is your choice to do it consciously or not. Take a couple of minutes each day, set aside a specific time and make it a practice, a success habit.

Know that each day is a fresh start, when you get up in the morning the thoughts you think are your choice. When you realize that you do have control over your day, when you decide how you are going to react to the situations that present themselves you will see the impact that you can have on a daily basis.

You can become your own best cheerleader, the journey may be a little tedious in the beginning, however it is definitely worth it!
